Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders $200 and up. For details check out our Shipping Policy page.

We also offer free local pickup on all orders.

When can I pick up my order?

We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup at our store front.

Are all orders available for pickup?

Most products will be available promptly from our store front with the exception of any pre-ordered or backordered products. We will notify you via email regarding the availability of the products in your order.

How do I track my order?​

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with any relevant tracking information. We typically ship through Loomis and will give you estimated shipping dates when you receive your confirmation email.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

We request that you pick up your order within 7 business days of receiving email confirmation.

Can I have someone else pick up my order?

If you would like to have someone else pick up your order, please notify us either through email, phone or by messaging us on social media with your order number. We will require the person picking up your order to show ID for security purposes.

Will all my items be ready for pickup at the same time?

There may be some items that are available before others, in which case we will contact you via email to let you know that some items are ready for pickup. Make sure to read these emails carefully, and feel free to give us a call if you have any questions (1-888-996-2299).
