Returns
Regular Stock Items:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you’re not happy, just contact us within 30 days for an RGA # to return your unused item(s) for refund (subject to a 20% restocking fee). The item being returned must be in its original packaging along with accessories, instructions, etc. Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns, exchanges or warranty replacements.
Special Order Items:
Sorry, special order items are not refundable.
Damaged Items:
Please inspect your package carefully for damage that may have been sustained in the shipping process before signing your acceptance. It is very important that any noticeable damage to the package be noted prior to accepting, and that you keep to damaged package for inspection by the delivery company. Most delivery companies have their claim process clearly laid out on their web site.
